Overview

Double Lead is an AI-first CRM for solo operators and small service teams. Salespeople use Claude or ChatGPT on their phone to log calls, get a daily briefing, and move leads through the pipeline. In carparks, on MRTs, outside client offices.

The dashboard at doublelead.io is the admin panel: a visual feedback loop for when you want to see your pipeline, run analytics, or invite a teammate. Most of the actual work happens through chat.

The big idea. Your phone is the product. A logged call, a next action set, a pipeline check. All happen in a single Claude message. Faster than a spreadsheet. No form, no click trail.

How it works

Double Lead handles three jobs end-to-end:

  1. Capture. Leads arrive from referral pages, contact forms, email, outreach, or you add them yourself by telling the AI.
  2. Manage. Every lead has a stage (new → qualified → follow_up → won / lost), a temperature (hot / warm / cold), and a next action. The AI keeps these current as you log conversations.
  3. Follow up. The system surfaces what to do today, drafts the message, and sends through email, Telegram, or WhatsApp.

Two ways to use it

From your phone, on Claude or ChatGPT

Connect the Double Lead MCP server to Claude or ChatGPT once, then talk to it like you would talk to a sharp assistant who has read your pipeline.

You: who should I follow up with today?

Claude: Three leads are due today.
  1. Acme Corp (hot, last contacted 4 days ago)
  2. Jane Tan (warm, asked for pricing on Tuesday)
  3. Beta Studio (warm, follow-up scheduled for today)

Concepts you'll see

  • Lead: a potential deal or opportunity.
  • Contact: the person behind a lead.
  • Company: the organisation a contact belongs to.
  • Stage: where the lead is in the pipeline (new, qualified, follow up, won, lost).
  • Temperature: how warm the lead is right now (hot, warm, cold). Distinct from stage.
  • Next action: the single task tied to moving a lead forward.
  • Conversation: a logged interaction (call, email, message).
